The Election Commission of India has issued directions for conduct of the Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls with reference to 1st January, 2025 as qualifying date and draft Photo Electoral Roll for 32 — Nongstoiñ (ST), 33 — Rambrai Jyrngam (ST), 34 — Mawshynrut (ST) Assembly Constituencies are available for inspection at the Office of the Electoral Registration Officer/ Asst. Electoral Registration Officers and also at all prominent locations (Polling Stations).
The District Election Officer invites claims and objections of wrong inclusion or left out voters if any, objections against such inclusion may be filed by any eligible ‘elector of Electoral Rolls under 32 — Nongstoiñ (ST), 33 — Rambrai Jyrngam (ST), 34 — Mawshynrut (ST) Assembly Constituencies directly to the Office of the Electoral Registration Officer/ Asst. Electoral Registration Officers/ Booth Level Officers/ BLOs Supervisor/ Common Service Centres (CSCs) in every Polling Stations w.e.f 29th October, 2024 to 28th November, 2024 in prescribed forms available free of cost, i.e., Form 6, 7, 8 & 6B (for verification & authentication) as the case may be. All Political Parties, Public Leaders, Local Leaders, Syiem, Headmen, Local Durbars/ Organization are requested to extend their full co-operation in this regard. Any omission or lapses relating to the registration of Electors may be brought to the notice of the Electoral Registration Officer/Asst. Electoral Registration Officers of 32 — Nongstoiñ (ST), 33 — Rambrai Jyrngam (ST), 34 — Mawshynrut (ST) Assembly Constituencies within a scheduled period given below:-
1. Publication of Integrated Draft Electoral Rolls On 29.10.2024 (Tuesday), 2. Period for filing of claims and objections 29.10.2024 (Tuesday) to 28.11.2024 (Thursday), 3. Special Campaign Dates 15.11.2024 (Fri) & 16.11.2024 (Sat) 21.11.2024 (Thurs) & 22.11.2024 (Fri), 4. Disposal of Claims and Objections by 24.12.2024 (Tuesday), 5. Final Publication of Electoral Roll on 06.01.2025 (Monday).
