That the SP of West Jaintia Hill had to register The case of the death of one Karbi at Nartiang Police Station As The Area is in Meghalaya. So my Pertinent Question To The Meghalaya Govt is How Come Then The Govt Is thus far Not acted even Though By the action of the SP West Jaintia Hills it is very very clear beyond shadow of doubt That Lapangap Is Part and Parcel of Meghalaya and more so The MLA cum Minister of The Constituency So far never attempt to help the Lapangap People to reap the sweat and tears of their paddy grown In Meghalaya on the land of their ancestors from Time Immemorial.
The Question Needs an answer from the Govt of Meghalaya.
