NOTICE ON PUBLICATION OF ELECTORAL ROLL (DRAFT) IN AMLAREM SUB-DIVISION
The Office of the Electoral Registration Officer, 7-Amlarem (ST) Assembly Constituency, hereby notifies the electors of the constituency that the Electoral Roll has been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors (Second amendment) Rules, 2022 and a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer, 7-Amlarem (ST) Assembly Constituency, Amlarem and at designated locations during Office hours.
The qualifying date for the preparation of the Electoral Rolls is 01-01-2025. If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of Name in the Roll or any objection to the inclusion of a name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before 28-11-2024 in Form 6, 6A, 7, or 8 as may be appropriate.
An eligible Citizen, who is going to attain the age of 18(eighteen) years of age as on any of the subsequent Qualifying dates in the year 2025,that is the 01-04-2025, the 01.07.2025 or the 01.10.2025, can also file his or her claim for inclusion of his or her name in the Electoral roll in Form-6, in advance, starting from the date of this notice and the same shall be considered and decided in the respective quarters of the year with reference to the respective qualifying dates.Every such claim or objection should either be presented in the Office or to the Electoral Registration Officer, 7-Amlarem Assembly Constituency or at the designated locations from 29-10-2024 or sent by post to the above mentioned office so as to reach it not later than the aforesaid date.
