NOTICE
Dated Shillong, the 28th October, 2024.
No. Health.105/2024/Pt.I/98: – The Online Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Round for Meghalaya State NEET UG 2024 counselling for the P.A. Sangma International Medical College & Hospital, Baridua, covering the State Quota, Management Quota, and NRI Quota, will commence on October 28, 2024, at 4:00 PM and continue until October 29, 2024 at 05:00 PM under the Meghalaya State Counselling Authority (MSCA).
A. Seats:
- Total number of seats – 150 seats
- NRI Quota – 23 seats
- State Quota – 64 seats
- Management Quota–63 seats
B. Tuition Fees:
(i) State Quota – ₹4,95,000/- per year (₹24,75,000 for entire course) (ii) Management Quota – ₹ 18,00,000/- per year (₹90,00,000/- for entire course) (iii) NRI Quota – USD 2,00,000 for entire course. (iv) Fee can be deposited through DD/RTGS/NEFT in favour of “P.A. Sangma International Medical College & Hospital”.
C. Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Eligibility for Seats under the State Government Quota Seats:
- Candidates must be domicile of Meghalaya.

*The ST/SC/OST eligibility criteria is applicable to Meghalaya candidates who are eligible to claim Government seats. |
(b) Eligibility for Seats under the Management Quota Seats: The following conditions shall be fulfilled by the candidates namely –
- Candidates must be citizen of India.

(c) Eligibility for Seats under the NRI Quota Seats:
- (i) Category I: NRI/Children of NRI who originally belong to the State of Meghalaya.
- (ii) Category II: NRI/Children of NRI who originally belong to an Indian State other than Meghalaya.
- (iii) Under this policy Non-Resident Indian means a person of Indian origin, whether holding an Indian Passport or Foreign Passport, who is either permanently or temporarily settled outside India and in either case:
- (a) for or on taking up employment outside India, or
- (b) for carrying on a business or vocation outside India; or
- (c) for any other purpose, in such circumstances, as would indicate his intention to stay outside India for an uncertain. period;
- (d) For ascertaining the eligibility relevant documents including Foreign Country Passport or Green Card or Permanent. Resident Card or Proof of Residency of Foreign country issued by competent authority or OCI/PIO Card issued by the Government of India shall be taken into consideration.

(d) OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The age of the candidate shall not be below 17 years on the 31st December of the year in which the admission shall be sought for.
