The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jowai Unit proudly commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda by fostering awareness about the organization’s mission and inspiring the youth toward positive action. The event, which drew enthusiastic participation, underscored the values and teachings of Swami Vivekananda and their relevance in contemporary society.
The event was gracefully hosted by Ms. Iahdeibha Dkhar, Joint Secretary of the ABVP Jowai Town Unit, who ensured a smooth and meaningful flow of the programme. The programme commenced with an introduction and felicitation of the esteemed guests by ABVP Jowai Karyakarta, acknowledging their significant contributions to society. Ms. Deiio Chullet, Convenor of RKM, Jowai Town Unit, delivered a warm welcome address, emphasizing the purpose and importance of the gathering. Shri Firstly Sari, Former State Sports Convenor, provided an insightful overview of ABVP’s mission, highlighting its impact on student development and its role in shaping future leaders. The Chief Guest, Shri Skhemjingmut Law, delivered an inspiring speech on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, shedding light on his philosophy and values, and their relevance in today’s world. Shri Wadari o Chyrmang, Unit Secretary of ABVP Jowai, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the guests, participants, and organizers for their involvement and support.
The event concluded with the National Anthem, uniting all attendees in a shared sense of patriotism and purpose.
