Speaking as a chief guest Mr. Lahkmen Rymbui stressed the critical need for regular health checkups. He pointed out that a large portion of the population in the area tends to neglect routine medical screenings which significantly contributes to the rising incidences of various non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and others. He explained that the lack of early detection and prevention care leads to serious health complications that could have been managed or prevented. He urged the community to be more proactive in seeking healthcare. He also emphasized that the government’s ongoing efforts to provide resources like these tablets are part of a large strategy to improve healthcare and ensure that essential services reach even the most remote areas.

Dr. Dr Arvind Khonglah emphasised that the Mobile tablets distributed to ASHAs today will significantly contribute to Amlarem Block achieving its Aspirational Block KPIs, enabling the ASHAs to complete CBAC entry for their village/area.
