The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that one unknown male patient, aged around 35 years, C/o Demseiniong (brought by 108 Ambulance in unresponsive state) was admitted in the Male Medical Ward-II, Bed No. Extra on 19.09.2024 at 3:03 PM. The patient expired on 19.09.2024 at 7:45 AM.
All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within a period of 3 days from the date of issue of the notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
