The Inter School Chess and Scrabble tournament for Urban schools was held at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Jowai today and on May 25.
Around 140 students participated in the two event Chess and Scrabble.
The tournament was organised by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, West Jaiñtia Hills District with the office of the District Planning Officer, Jowai in collaboration with Jaiñtia Hills Chess Association and Meghalaya Chess Association.
