As a mark to commemorate the Constitution Day which is observed every year on 26th November, Shri F.R Kharkongor, Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya today administered the ‘Read the Preamble’ pledge to the officials and staff at the premises of the Main Secretariat Building, Shillong.
