Residents are cautioned against dense fog and ground frost, which are very likely to occur during the early morning hours, significantly reducing visibility on hill roads and posing a risk to winter crops. While daytime conditions are expected to remain sunny with a high of 19°C, nighttime temperatures are plummeting to a low of 9°C, driven by cold northerly winds. Motorists are advised to drive with extreme caution during the early hours, and farmers have been urged to take protective measures for vegetation until the current cold spell subsides.
