Notice is hereby given to the public in compliance with order dated.28.04.2026 passed by the Special (POCSO) Court, Nongstoin, West Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya, that Shri. Starfull Rongrin, S/o Shri. (L) Darmen Mawsor, R/o Umdang Dong Block, P.S Shallang, West Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya, has been declared as proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble Special (POCSO) Court, Nongstoin, vide order dated 05.02.2026. Hence, the trial of this case shall commence in his absence under the provision of Section 356 BNSS, if he fails to appear within 30 (Thirty) days of the publication of this notice.
