Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Shillong proudly announces the National Students Day Marathon 2026, an inspiring event dedicated to celebrating ABVP Foundation Day. The marathon, themed “Run for Unity,” will bring students aged 16 to 30 together, fostering pride, purpose, and national inspiration.
The event will commence at 5:30 a.m. with a starting time of 6:30 a.m. from the Parking Lot at Additional Secretariat, Central Library, Barik Point. Participants will follow a scenic route passing through Malki Point, DON BOSCO Square, Shillong College, and MBOSE before returning to the start.
The marathon offers cash prizes for both boys and girls categories: ₹5000 for 1st prize, ₹3000 for 2nd, and ₹1500 for 3rd. Additionally, all participants will receive certificates of participation, promoting inclusivity and encouraging a spirit of healthy competition.
