The District Election, West Jaintia Hills has informed that the Enumeration Phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll, 2026, was successfully completed on 29th July, 2026, with 100 percentage distribution and digitization of 2,20,478 Enumeration Forms (EFs) across all 313-polling part covering the district’s Five Assembly constituencies.
Of the total digitized Enumeration Forms, 48,718 were from Nartiang Assembly Constituency, 43,838 from Jowai Assembly Constituency, 42,961 from Raliang Assembly Constituency, 42837 from Mowkaiaw Assembly Constituency and 42124 from Amalrem Assembly Constituency
The District Election Officer, West Jaintia Hills District, acknowledged the dedicated efforts of all Booth Level Officers (BLOS), BLO Supervisors, Political Parties, Waheh Shnong, government officials and all Electors in the District for their wholehearted cooperation and support in ensuring the successful completion of the Enumeration Phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026.
